today written shortly after he returned from a trip to Europe, all expenses paid on VarTec's corporate jet. The letter will explain

As most of you know, I was privileged to spend 10 days with Joe Mitchell (Founder of VarTec) and
5 other ESD's and Ambassadors on a trip to the UK and Germany holding meetings and seeing what is ahead of us and I can only
tell you that if you want your and your families lives to change in the future you need to work harder than you have ever
worked in your life for the next 2-3 years and you can be done and have total financial freedom. The one thing that
each one of us has to understand is that this is not a dream--this is a happening--right in front of us and enormous wealth
will be created for the ones that act now. I will be sharing a lot of what I saw and how I feel about what is ahead
of us in the meetings over the next few weeks, but I felt it was important to get this to you at this time. We had many
personal conversations with Joe and Connie and Ray Atkinson, the other founder on this trip. We were on the corporate
jet, which was incredible itself. 11 passenger $30 million plane and we had a lot of time to ask and listen to Joe.
I also think that you have to understand that even though he has become a billionaire, he and Connie and Ray are such genuine
people that are very concerned about our future. I want to tell you what I saw and what I got from the owners. I will
highlight what we have and what I feel that our future is.
What I saw and what we have available service wise worldwide:
We visited the call center in Freiberg, Germany. why Freiberg ? was asked. It is very close to the French and Switzerland border. There is a university there-students
available to work-close to France-get French speaking people to work soon as we will be in France. This call center can take care of 7 European
countries.
We have a switch in Frankfurt Germany. They are buying a switch in Paris from French Telecom-buying at fire sale price because French Telecom in serious financial trouble.
Visited the call center in Northhampton, England and the switch in the Docklands, England. The office is the office for the European Eurexcel operation.
- We have a call center in India. 300 employees- 10% of the cost as US.
- We have 100's of POPS- microswitches throughout the world-help transmit calls
- We now own 34 switches worldwide- more than any other carrier in the world
- We are a service provider worldwide-not a reseller
- We have 4500 employees worldwide
Vartec started with $100,000 in start up capital in 1989 and have built this giant with cash flow-totally
different from all the other Telecom companies-we are solid and the others are sinking- what a great opportunity.
The management has been together since the beginning-they understand the total picture and their
function in it. Joe said he looks at things from 30,000 feet-he sees the big picture from above and then makes a decision
based on sound business principles-they then act upon that decision.
We asked Joe where he sees Excel in 3 years, he said a $10 billion company with reps making millions
of dollars each month. He also said that a $30 billion company in 10 years is very doable.
I did not want to get to long with this message, but I felt it was important for you to understand
what we have working for us. The structure is in place and the plan is before us. We just need to react to the plan and work
the plan.
Folks, the world is before us, and only you can determine how much of the world you want to conquer.
